[gen] New list member

[James Ponder]

Domenico Dato is working on a port for his iPAQ CE PocketPC, and is now a
member of the list, I'm sure we all wish him the best in getting every last
MHz out of his StrongARM :)

On an aside note I've been working on Generator over the past few days,
have made several improvements in the emulation and general niceness - I
still haven't quite decided on a file format as Genital obviously does things
quite a bit differently.

Richard - well done on getting 0.19 out.  Can I still call the next release
0.20 or are you going to beat me to that too? :)
