[gen] Super Monaco GP 1

Hi,

i'm going to release second beta of PocketGenesis, the port to
WindowsCE devices. This version is in sync with Generator 0.33.

I tested some carts and it seems like some of them won't work
correctly anymore. For example Super Monaco GP 1 is ok on 0.15
but has sprite problems on 0.33.

Any idea of what may have introduced the problem ?
